The Drum Circle
Below is a link to a video that explains the benefits of drumming. It will give you an idea of what your Drum Circle may look like.
Your 2 Drum Circle Options…
1. Hire A Local Facilitator
Another way to make your drum circle a heart-pounding success is to hire a local facilitator. But don’t panic! There are many ways to find one. These links provide several listings, and if you don’t see one in your area, simply call some of the nearest facilitators to ask for their recommendation.
Drum Circle Facilitator Listings
The next link is the Drum Circle Facilitator Guide. It has at least one facilitator listed for 31 states. It is our recommendation with any of these sites that you call the person closest to you and ask for recommendations.
2. Facilitate Your Own
This is a great option since you can then donate your drums to an Operation Homefront facility to assist vets and their families through music therapy.
Purchasing your own drums is roughly the same cost as hiring a facilitator. You can purchase any of the items linked below or you can mix and match the drum combinations, but definitely purchase the DVD to learn how to lead your guests.
TIP: If you use the information provided in With Love… The New Generation of Party People, you will receive a phenomenal discount on your drum purchase!
